Italian owner informed me she have to cancel my reservation because of family problems. OK I understand. Your partner HSSS Comfort Udine, Italia canceled / refused today both my bookings: 28-29.07 (CONFIRMATION: 2896863024 - PIN: 1334) and probably 7-8.08 (CONFIRMATION: 3028273595 - PIN: 9685) same if they notices this reservation. OK I understand their problem what creates problem to me also.
I have already paid for both reservations Euro52.70 x2 = 105.40. Will I get a refund and when and how? Can I count on your Booking.com to help me find another similar booking or do I have to deal with it myself? I have to resign all 2 bookings of HSSS Comfort Udine because need solid / serious one.
I have to find next hotel for this 2 dates now, because it is close connected to my base booking at Rapallo 29.07-7.08. I need low cost for – similar as HSSS Comfort if you can help please.

THEN THE WORST HORROR HAPPENED. BOOKING.COM ANOTHER PERSON (AN IDIOT THIS TIME) CANCELLED ONE OF MY NEW PAID RESERVATION IN AUSTRIA FOR 7-8.08.’22 (ABOVE) and send money back to my Master card. In chat she ask what to cancel and I clear answered HSSS Comfort Italia – DETAILS visible above in point 1.)

ME - both reservation at HSSS Comfort Udine Italia, because they refused accomodation terms I booked and paid. So I found and paid new one in Austria. do not forget I had two terms booked at HSSS Comfort 28-29.07 and 7-8.08 - Euro 105.40. If they refused me I had to book other location in Austria and no longer interested not so serious Italian HSSS Comfort.
